WC9 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on WC9 or using any part of the WC9 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, the game lobby or any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the WC9 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and WC9 in relation to your use of the platform. They take precedence over any prior understanding, arrangement or communication — written or verbal — between you and WC9. WC9 may update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all registered WC9 players in Pakistan and are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) as the primary operating language of the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a WC9 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. WC9 is strictly an adult-only platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your WC9 account. Using another person's JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, bank transfer or any other payment method is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any platform with which WC9 has a self-exclusion sharing arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or operating a WC9 account. Each account is strictly personal .
• You must not use WC9 in any jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing WC9 is permitted in your location before registering.

WC9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is complete.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered WC9 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device or household — are a breach of these terms. WC9 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited and any pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your WC9 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. WC9 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact WC9 support immediately and change your password.

You must keep your account details — including your name, contact number and registered payment methods — accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

WC9 accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. WC9 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on WC9 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and approved mobile wallets. Payment method availability may vary and WC9 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the WC9 cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may differ by payment method and by VIP tier.

• Deposits are typically credited to your WC9 PKR balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside WC9's direct control.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. WC9 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where account activity triggers a review.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same WC9 account. WC9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record for your account.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Standard accounts receive normal processing. VIP Bronze, Silver and Gold members receive priority processing. Platinum members receive fast-track processing. Diamond members receive instant withdrawal handling.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must have their associated wagering requirements met in full before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

WC9 reserves the right to delay, review or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

WC9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The availability, value and specific conditions of any bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all WC9 promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Sports betting, live casino, slots and crash games may each contribute different percentages towards meeting a bonus wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without first meeting the wagering requirement.
• WC9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who are mid-way through meeting a wagering requirement at the time of a promotion cancellation will be notified directly.
• Any player found to be abusing the WC9 bonus system — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer, using matched betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses risk-free or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account suspended pending review.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new registered players only. Players who have previously held a WC9 account under any identity are not eligible for new player promotions.

6 Sports Betting Rules

WC9 offers sports betting on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — alongside football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on WC9:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked in.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the WC9 sports betting section and may be adjusted for high-profile events such as PSL finals or ICC World Cup matches.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to a cut-off point determined by WC9. Bets submitted after the cut-off — including bets where the outcome is already known at the time of submission — will be void.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, bets placed on that event will be void and stakes returned. For cricket specifically, a minimum number of overs must be completed for match bets to stand — the applicable threshold is shown in the market rules for each competition.
• WC9 uses verified official data sources to settle all sports betting markets. In the event of a result dispute, WC9's settlement decision is final once confirmed against the official source.
• Palpable errors — including obviously incorrect odds resulting from a data or input error — give WC9 the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7 Casino and Games

WC9's live casino, slots and game lobby operate under the rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between WC9's general platform terms and the rules of a specific game, the game supplier's rules govern for that specific game.

• All game outcomes on WC9 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer results verified through real-time video. WC9 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or during an active game round, the round will be settled according to the game state at the time of disconnection as recorded on the game server. WC9 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Maximum win limits may apply on certain slots and game lobby titles. These limits are set by the game provider and are displayed in the game information panel before play begins.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real PKR. WC9 recommends reviewing the paytable and help section of any game before playing.

8 VIP Programme

WC9 operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — open to all registered players. VIP tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all sections of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots and the game lobby.

• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) over the Monday-to-Sunday calendar week and credited to your PKR balance every Monday morning. Cashback rates: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 16%, Diamond 20%.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling quarterly basis. Players who do not meet the minimum activity requirement to maintain their current tier during the review period may be downgraded to the appropriate lower tier.
• VIP benefits including faster withdrawals, exclusive tournaments, personal account manager access (Platinum and Diamond) and first access to new game releases are subject to tier eligibility at the time of the benefit being claimed.
• WC9 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits with reasonable notice to affected players. Changes will be communicated via the contact details on file for each VIP account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WC9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on WC9, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using any software, script, bot or automated system to place bets, interact with games or access the WC9 platform in any way that is not through normal manual use.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any game, market, bonus mechanism or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over WC9 or other players.
• Using WC9 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using WC9 transactions to obscure the source or movement of funds.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification or any support interaction.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing WC9 support staff or other members of the WC9 community in any communication channel.

10 Privacy and Data

WC9 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and use of the platform — including your name, contact details, payment information and gameplay activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and improvement of the platform experience.

WC9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and game suppliers where necessary to operate the platform. 11 Limitation of Liability

WC9 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While WC9 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access, the platform may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside WC9's control. WC9 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, service interruptions or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

WC9's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. WC9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses under any circumstances.

You acknowledge that sports betting, casino games and all other wagering activities on WC9 involve financial risk and that you may lose money you deposit. WC9 is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any winnings or returns on any wager placed.

12 Changes to These Terms

WC9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, WC9 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a platform notification displayed upon your next login. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the WC9 platform after any update has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change to these terms, you must stop using the WC9 platform and close your account.
